What We Believe

Pastor Allester (Apollo) Watts has been in ministry for over 30 years. After acknowledging God’s call to Pastor, Fountain of Life Worship Center (FOLWC) was launched in April 2014.
Born in Portsmouth, VA, Allester was inspired by numerous pastors, bishops, missionaries and evangelist who surround him as a youth growing up in the Church of God in Christ. The Watts family was known for their singing throughout the COGIC district praising and worshipping with their God gifted musical abilities.
Pastor Watts is a licensed Class A builder and was the founder and owner of the former Watts and Associates LLC, a civil engineering construction and design company.
Pastor Watts married the former Nicole Spruell of Charles City, VA and they have been married for 15 years with 5 beautiful children. Nicole assists her husband in many different areas of administration and helps ministry. She’s also the overseer of FOLWC’s woman’s ministry and women’s weekly prayer group.
